Father's Day Weekend

This weekend was nice and relaxing. We stayed at home for the most part. On Friday, it was so funny. We were watching TV and Avanti told Jimmy, "Daddy you sound like wa wa waa!" Jimmy and I started cracking up. She kept saying the funniest things. I haven't laughed like that in a long time.

Saturday was nice because Jimmy watched the kids and I went Fathers day shopping. Jimmy and my dad both liked their gifts. Sunday we went to church, and had a BBQ at the house. It was really nice and the food was great!

Avanti's Graduation

I cant believe Avanti is graduating from preschool this week. Time goes by so fast. Avanti suprises me so much. She is such a happy and smart little girl. Im so proud of her and I know that this is one of many accomplishments for her. We love you Avanti!

Avanti's Ballet Recital

This is Avanti's 3rd recital. This year it was only 2 girls in her number. She was dressed like a sheep. It was so cute. We had family go and see her and after we went to eat. Jimmy had to leave to Vegas so we came home pretty early. We are so proud of our little ballerina. She has been dancing since she was 18 months and will continue as long as she likes. We love you Avanti!

Our Weekend

This weekend we didnt really do too much but we had a good time. We just hung out and spend some good quality time together. We went to Bjs for pizookies and on Sunday we went to China town just to walk around and hang out. I bought my favorite japanesse candy. In the afternoon we BBQ'd at my parents and it was so gooood. We had sirloin steaks wrapped in bacon, tri tip, salmon, carne asada, chicken and the sides. Its nice just to hang out. We saw the night at the museum movie on Monday and Jimmy loved it.

Ruff Ryder

Kennedy is already 5 months!!! I can't believe it. My little boy is growing so fast. Today I took him to do his pictures and he came out so cute. He's over 13 lbs right now and 24 in long. He smiles all the time and he baby talks and giggles all day. It's too bad they grow up so fast. I love my little grease monkey.

Avanti's Ballet Class

This is a video of Avanti at dance class. I just love watching her. Im so proud of her. She's been dancing since she was 18 months. I love the school she goe to, everyone is so nice and its just one big family.

Mom & Dad's 28th Wedding Anniversary

This Friday, May 15th, 2009 was my parents 28th wedding anniversary. They met in Mexico and dated for two years before getting married. Once they were married, my dad brought my mom from Mexico to live here in California. My dad had a small apartment border line Burbank Glendale. It was on Thompson St. My brother and I lived there until I was 3.5 then we moved to the house in Burbank and have been here ever since. My parents are a great example of a happy hard working couple. I love them both so much!

For their wedding anniversary we took them to Gladstones in Long Beach and went to the Aquarium as well. We had a really good time. On the way there we got a flat tire on the 710 Freeway on the fast lane. Luckily there was not too much traffic and we were able to move over to the left. We were all ok; but it is something we will always remember. On Sunday, we had some family over for appetizers and drinks followed by everyone's favorite Cheesecake. Congratulations Mom and Dad!
